SINGAPORE — In a nod to the huge market potential
of third-party taxi booking apps, a venture capitalist firm owned
by Temasek Holdings has pumped at least US$10 million (S$12.5
million) into two-year-old start-up GrabTaxi, a smartphone app that
lets commuters book any of the taxis nearest to their location,
regardless of which company operates it
Why i applaud grabtaxi and fully support them? No one before
grabtaxi even came close to challenging CDG in terms of call
volume. And the best part is it took a malaysian outfit to
penetrate singapore , this is indeed a foreign talent.
Instead of posting half truths and a load of bull here mr bowah
, why didnt you think of such an idea in the first place?
Whether we are lambs to be slaughtered is another issue. Nobody
forced you to be a taxi driver isnt it?
So who are the we u are referring to? you from CDG? wheres your
authorization?
Last time i know , CDG doesnt pay someone to waste time posting
online .
CDG is a sinking ship , by the time they get their act together
, its too late.
Grabtaxi have made too much inroads into the market.
Meanwhile , enjoy all the free levy , the stupid performance
points to redeem useless uniforms and miserable packets of rice and
cooking oil while it last.
